I’m here to serve parents in guiding them into A mindful way of living from all stages of parenthood!

As a Bilingual Birth + trained Postpartum Doula and Wellness Coach, my passion lies in supporting parents on their journey to improved well-being. While I may not be a parent myself, I approach my work with a deep understanding and empathy for the challenges parents face. My mission is to guide parents toward a holistic and healthier lifestyle, tailored to their unique needs. I offer expertise in areas such as childbirth education, labor + delivery, nutrition, physical fitness, and mental well-being, catering to the expectant parent in all stages of parenthood, from pregnancy to postpartum care.

I'm a vibrant and sociable yogi with a Latin flair, originally hailing from Guatemala and now residing in sunny LA, California.

My journey led me to the West Coast during the pandemic, where I discovered my true calling - assisting parents in finding the elusive equilibrium between parenthood, career, and personal life.

Previously, I worked as a Program Officer for a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, with a background in Global Public Health. My commitment to community support began during my college years, marked by volunteerism and involvement in various global organizations.

During my graduate studies, I developed a keen interest in maternal and child health. After spending over ten years in the corporate world, I recognized the glaring absence of mental health and maternal support within organizations.

Today, I'm here to help all parents establish work-life boundaries and empower you with the self-care needed to be present for both yourself and your family. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve you and assist in transforming your life, ultimately enhancing your overall quality of life. Together, let's embark on this journey!

      When I started the program, I was already very intuitive with myself and my overall needs, but the learning I was able to experience during the journey helped to set new goals while having Andrea's support along the way. On the mental side of things, I feel more control. I feel like I can take the skills I gained and apply them in the different chapters of my life - even help my own little ones with building a positive sense of self. I love how much I was able to explore new topics on self-care and that I was able to dive deeper into my nutrition. As a mother and wife, I prefer cooking healthy, fresh meals. As a first-time mom, it was very difficult to navigate my new world and establish healthy boundaries and routines. This program helped me in more ways than I expected. It not only allowed me to make the time to focus on my well-being but it also emphasized the importance of meditating and feeling at peace in order to be the best version of myself with my little one. The program also helped me with breathing techniques that have really helped me cope with first-time mom anxieties.
